1. Content Standards

  • Prohibited Content: Driveree App strictly prohibits any content promoting violence, hate speech, sexually explicit material, or illegal activities, aligning with Google Play, Apple guidelines, and Australian law.
  • Restricted Content: We apply content warnings and local age ratings where needed, especially for sensitive topics, to ensure suitability for Australian audiences and other regions.
  • User-Generated Content and Moderation: The Driveree App uses moderation tools and reporting systems to prevent the sharing of inappropriate, harassing, or abusive content. We respond to user reports promptly, following Google and Apple guidelines.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: The Driveree App only collects data necessary for its core functions and user experience. Personal data, including location and payment information, is collected with explicit consent, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act and Apple’s App Store policies.
  • Data Sharing: Any data sharing with third-party services is disclosed to users, and we limit sharing to those services essential for app functionality. We fully comply with Google, Apple, and Australian data privacy requirements.
